If you would like to receive your saddle pad faster, you can select the Express shipping option from the "Shipping options" dropdown menu when making your order, and it will be shipped by one of these shipping carriers: DHL, FedEX, or UPS.
An "Express shipping" option implies delivery of your order much faster, but you must consider the information posted on websites of the most trusted shipping carriers.
● FedEx works hard to ensure a seamless delivery process, but some events can delay package delivery.
● DHL: Delivery delays can be caused by e.g. weather events, customs or strikes.
● UPS: Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay or disrupt our UPS services.

Under review: As online shoppers, we know it can be tough to buy a pair of shoes without trying them on. So, your horse and you can test a saddle pad or half pad, and you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date, free of charge! However, please, make sure the saddle pad or half pad is in like-new condition with original packaging.
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong size/color or not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for refund within 30 days of the product delivery date.
We do not accept returns occurred after this period of time and no refund will be provided.
All products returned for refund must be in new, resalable condition. The refund will be issued and credited to the account used to pay for the original order within 3 business days of receiving a returned item.
Purchase Policy: Please note that special orders, custom-made items, and final sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling costs.
Please make sure to include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip showing what you paid for the item(s). A printout of your order confirmation email works too.

IMPORTANT: Please do not use either UPS, FedEx, or Purolator postal service. These companies tend to apply additional freight charges like Customs duties, sale taxes, or Customs brokerage fees which ones must be deducted (sorry!) from your refund if this happens. The USPS is the best option for shipping from the US, and Canada Post - for shipping within Canada.
